When off, clients see their plan and plot limit but no prices — upgrades, extra plots and changes say “our team will share a quote”. You can override this per client (Client companies → Edit).

Designer
Create projects, design and import layouts, edit all project content. Cannot manage clients or team.
Editor
Minimal access: update plot status, prices, photos and details. No layout design, no clients, no team.
